TN Poland is seeking an experienced AR Accounting Specialist to join our Shared Service Center in Krakow. As an AR Accounting Specialist, you will be responsible for managing accounts receivable and ensuring that all payments are made within approved terms.
Your primary responsibility will be to allocate payments, clear customers' accounts, and verify cash allocation on a regular basis. You will also monitor unallocated cash and resolve account discrepancies with customers.
In addition, you will prepare calculations and perform rebate & agent commission settlements. You will contact customers, sales, and legal departments to collect outstanding debts and obtain remittance advices.
Providing accurate and relevant information to the management on overdue, unidentified, and partial payments will be an essential part of your role. You will work closely with the Credit Risk Team and support them during business meetings in Sales Offices throughout Europe.
To excel in this position, you should have 2+ years of professional experience in O2C/AR, dealing with complex cash collection issues. Advanced knowledge of SAP system is also required. Fluency in Italian (B2/C1) and good knowledge of English (B1/B2) are necessary skills for this role.
A team player with excellent communication skills, you should have a customer service-oriented and results-driven mindset. Strong time management abilities are also essential.
