To strengthen our teams in major German cities and remote locations, we are looking for an Enterprise Identity Management Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in helping clients optimize their identity management processes.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in Identity and Access Management (IGA, CIAM, PAM) or a similar Cybersecurity IT domain. You should have a strong understanding of IAM concepts and technologies, including authentication, authorization, single sign-on (SSO), multi-factor authentication (MFA), and identity governance.

  • We are seeking someone with experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in customer success, account management, or technical support within the software industry.
  • A basic understanding of the common IAM tool stack, such as OneIdentity, Forgerock, Ping, Sailpoint, or other tools is also required.

In this role, you will be responsible for conducting IAM maturity assessments at new clients, guiding them through IAM greenfield or Migration projects. You will also engage proactively with customers to understand their unique IAM needs, challenges, and goals, defining high-level requirements, and conducting tool evaluation to ensure the selection of appropriate IAM solutions.

You will work closely with clients to monitor customer health metrics, including regulatory requirements, to identify risks or opportunities for enhancement, ensuring compliance. Additionally, you will provide support in the implementation of new IAM projects, taking on a flexible role such as a Business Analyst or Project Team Leader, to ensure successful project implementation and client satisfaction.
