A Day in the Life

As a Delivery and Inventory Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

  • Performance and analysis of different allocation processes
  • Analysis and resolution of logistics issues
  • Close collaboration with warehouse and transport teams to resolve delivery issues
  • Cross-department project involvement
  • Inventory analysis and management
  • Order monitoring and analysis
  • Communication of warehouse and transport events

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Spoken and written proficiency in English (minimum B2 or equivalent)
  • Proficiency in using M.S. Office – Outlook, Excel and willingness to use new applications/tools
  • Detailed-oriented and quality-focused
  • Adapting well to dynamic work environment
  • Displaying a can-do attitude and interest in continuous process improvement
  • Ability to work under time constraints

Preferred Qualifications

We are looking for candidates with experience in:

  • Working on SAP
  • Supply Chain or Logistics
