As an HRBP Manager, you'll be responsible for supporting and advising leaders, colleagues, and the extended HR team in matters of labor, social, and works constitution law. You'll also need to maintain good employee relations by providing advice, support, and guidance on various employee matters.

The ideal candidate will have completed business or legal studies, preferably with a focus on human resources/labor law, or several years of experience as an HR generalist. A proven track record in project management in HR is also essential. Additionally, you should have very good knowledge of Polish labor and social security law, experience in working with Trade Unions in Poland, and strong communication, negotiating, and consulting skills.
