About The Position:

Fujitsu is seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the financial operations of the Business Unit, ensuring strong financial performance and compliance with relevant corporate policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective financial strategies and policies to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Manage a team of finance professionals to ensure accurate financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Identify and mitigate financial risks, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement business strategies.
  • Lead financial planning, analysis, and decision-making processes.
  • Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and budgets.
  • Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data and reports.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including internal and external partners.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, implementing innovative financial solutions to drive business success.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in financial operations management, with a strong understanding of financial planning, analysis, and decision-making.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate financial risks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in financial software, including HFM and SAP.
  • Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of the company's business objectives and strategies.
