About The Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Finance Manager to lead our Business Unit finance team. As a key member of our finance leadership, you will be responsible for driving financial performance and delivering strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the finance team to deliver financial performance and results, aligned to corporate goals and objectives.
  • Develop and implement effective financial strategies and policies to drive business growth and improve financial performance.
  • Manage financial planning and budgeting processes, ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting.
  • Oversee financial risk management, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and corporate policies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior management and stakeholders, providing financial insights and recommendations to inform business decisions.
  • Drive process improvements and automation, enhancing financial efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Proven forecasting and budgeting experience, with attention to detail and knowledge of trends and forecast analysis.
  • Experience in automation and optimization of financial processes and tasks, without impacting financial control.
  • Ability to understand cost control solutions and track and manage financial impact on key performance indicators.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of managing a team to achieve high performance levels, measured by customer satisfaction, strong internal controls, and employee feedback.
  • Experience in designing and implementing functional solutions, policies, and strategies to deliver best possible financial outcomes for the company.
  • Ability to implement and maintain sound financial controls.
  • Strong communications skills, enabling the job holder to clearly and effectively communicate to senior management any financial or business risks, with recommendations for management actions and/or process change.
  • Proven forecasting and budgeting experience, with attention to detail, and knowledge of trends, and forecast analysis.
  • Experience in automation and optimization of financial processes and tasks, without impacting financial control.
  • Ability to understand cost control solutions, and track & manage the financial impact on main KPIs.
  • Familiarity with financial systems HFM and SAP.
