IT Managing Director Job Description

We are seeking an experienced IT Managing Director to lead our company's IT strategy and operations. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, improving efficiency, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality IT services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement the company's IT strategy, aligning with business objectives and industry trends.
  • Lead a team of IT professionals, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities.
  • Manage IT projects, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies, best practices, and industry developments, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior IT leadership role, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth, improving efficiency, and delivering high-quality IT services.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Fluency in English and Polish, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
