Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Senior Scrum Master to join our team at emagine Sp. Z o.o. As a key member of our Scrum team, you will be responsible for leading the team in a SAFe setup and ensuring the successful execution of Sprints. You will work closely with Product Owners to refine, prioritize, and plan backlogs, and support your team members in using collaboration tools such as JIRA, Kendis, MS Teams, and Confluence.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the Scrum team in a SAFe setup
  • Drive Sprint ceremonies and maximize team productivity
  • Work with Product Owners to refine, prioritize, and plan backlogs
  • Support team members in using collaboration tools

Requirements:
  • SAFe certification or equivalent experience
  • At least 2 years of experience in Scrum Master role
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills
  • Fluency in spoken and written English language
