Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Raw Material and Supplier Quality Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the Raw Material and Supplier Quality Team, ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of Raw Material and supplier quality related activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and prioritize the timely and accurate delivery of Raw Material and supplier quality related activities.
  • Manage the Raw Material and Supplier Quality Team, including KPI reporting, recruiting, hiring, developing direct reports, and providing expertise.
  • Work cross-functionally with various local and international departments to manage raw material, supplier, and co-manufacturer related queries.
  • Act as a data auditor for Raw Material, supplier, and co-manufacturer maintenance processes.
  • Responsible for review and update of the Raw Material Data and Supplier Quality Maintenance Team documentation.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of increasing responsible quality, R&D, or supply chain experience in the food industry.
  • 3+ years demonstrated experience operating in a global environment and achieving results in a variety of cultures and business situations.
  • Project Management Experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Food Processing, HACCP, Risk Management.
  • Fluent English.
  • Food law knowledge will be an advantage.
  • People management skills, strong analytical skills.
  • Able to prioritize and manage time and team effectively, with high sense of urgency.
