Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Analyst to join our EMEA Payroll Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing payroll, auditing data inputs, and maintaining relationships with external providers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process payroll in a timely manner, adhering to standard procedures and checklists.
  • Audit data inputs for accuracy and make necessary corrections.
  • Review payroll reports for accuracy and submit for sign off.
  • Maintain daily relationships with external payroll providers.
  • Work closely with the Compliance Department to receive relevant advice.
  • Identify continuous improvement opportunities and rectify payroll-related issues.
  • Answer complex queries from employees and managers.
  • Update and create procedures and checklists for assigned countries.
  • Work with Accounting and Treasury for payroll posting and payments.
  • Maintain time and absence systems for assigned countries.
  • Participate in interesting payroll-related projects.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in Payroll, Finance, or HR.
  • English language proficiency at B2/C1 level (Spanish/Portuguese an advantage).
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
  • Comfortable working in a rapidly changing environment with tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
  • Very good knowledge of Excel.
  • Ability to make independent decisions.
