As a critical member of our Procurement and Payment team, this professional will be responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate processing of vendor invoices, collaborating with internal teams, and identifying opportunities for process improvements.
Key Accountabilities- Invoicing: Process and review vendor invoices, using the ERP system or monitoring tool as necessary.
- Issue Resolution: Work closely with internal teams to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to invoices.
- Communication: Participate in daily and weekly meetings to maintain effective communication.
- Process Enhancement: Regularly review and update work instructions to optimize processes.
- Team Support: Contribute to the backup structure and provide support to team members as needed.
- Proficiency in English, with knowledge of additional languages (French, Polish, or German) a plus.
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration preferred.
- At least one year of relevant experience in Accounts payable or Accounting.
- ERP system experience an asset.
