Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Specialist to join our team at expondo. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for handling and coordinating incoming transports, customs clearances, and documentations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage the receipt and storage of goods in our warehouses
  • Support the day-to-day operations of our warehouses, including the preparation and execution of weekly unloading delivery plans
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement preventive actions to mitigate business risks

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in operations, supply chain, or logistics
  • Knowledge of incoterms and customs and warehousing process documentations
  • University degree in logistics, supply chain, economy, engineering, or IT
  • Intermediate knowledge and working experience with Microsoft 365 modules, particularly Excel
  • Very good level of English
