About the JobWe're seeking a Strategic Contract Negotiator to join our team for a temporary 12-month contract.
This will be a part-time job with a workload of 50%.
The ideal candidate will have experience with transactional work, process improvement, legal research, and other legal matters.
- Negotiate commercial contracts for software, cloud, and other services within our contract lifecycle management system;
- Promote company and customer/vendor interests while managing business risk;
- Coordinate with internal organizations and other members of the Legal team to facilitate contract negotiation and execution;
- Apply judgment to resolve contractual issues;
- Anticipate and solve problems, and conduct legal research as necessary.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S. or equivalent);
- Fluency in English and Italian, both oral and written;
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word);
- Solid organizational and verbal and written communication skills;
- A proactive approach, project ownership, and ability to work across departments.
