**Job Overview**

We are seeking an experienced Aviation Contract Manager to join our team at GE Aerospace. As a Contract Manager, you will be responsible for providing support on pre- and post-contractual administration & management, Terms & Conditions of the contract and the Management of claims.

About the Role

This position will report to the MENAT / Europe CMR Team Leader and involve definition, management, and execution of risk modeling activities in support of the contract or project. You will also be responsible for executing commercial/technical action modeling and strategic view/impact in a timely fashion meeting business needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute & audit the technical modeling for assigned contracts as part of the CMR & Technical/Commercial Actions
  • Learn and apply FLIGHT DECK behaviors and fundamentals to reduce waste and improve processes
  • Engage horizontally with Customer Program Manager, Finance, Engineering, Risk, Sales and Product Line Lead to continuously identify risks, opportunities and Technical/Commercial Action pipeline to increase contract profitability
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of a technical model along with understanding of financial impact to the contract margin
  • Perform detailed Actualization root cause analysis and explain in a clear concise manner
  • Identify contract Leading Indicators of pressure, share with broader team and work to develop risk mitigation plans
  • Complete commercial/technical action modeling and strategic view/impact in a timely fashion meeting business needs
  • Provide informal guidance to new team members

Requirements

  • This role requires an experience in the CSA space or risk analysis. Knowledge level is comparable to a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.
