We're part of the Baltica 2 Programme Procurement team, where you'll support project execution alongside colleagues from Denmark, the US, UK, and Poland. Our common goal is delivering Northeast Programme projects, managing risks, and maximizing value through contract management. As a team, we pride ourselves on high-quality work, supporting each other, and having fun.
You'll contribute significantly to:
- Delivering maximum value through procurement activities and claims management
- Developing the Contract Management team
- Establishing contract management plans and strategies for critical contracts
- Creating negotiation plans for claims settlements
- Ensuring lessons learned are passed on
- Establishing demand planning routines and being proactive on expiring contracts
- Eliminating process inefficiencies and finding potential improvements.
To succeed in this role, you:
- Have extensive experience in sourcing or contract management
- Bring significant experience in contract management or procurement roles on large-scale construction projects, preferably in the energy industry
- Demonstrate problem-solving skills and the ability to keep complex projects on track
- Exhibit negotiation skills, enabling professional communication with business partners while maintaining contractual objectives
- Take a proactive and systematic approach to work, balancing competing priorities in a matrix organization.
