Join Our Team as a Junior IT Project Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and self-driven individual to join our team as a Junior IT Project Manager. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to learn and grow your managerial knowledge while working on real projects that matter.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support in managing international IT projects
  • Lead project planning sessions
  • Co-supervise and coordinate project teams
  • Manage project progress and adapt work as required
  • Schedule and prioritize tasks in projects
  • Ensure projects meet deadlines
  • Develop and maintain good relationships with stakeholders
  • Create detailed reports for stakeholders
  • Conduct project review and keep project documentation up-to-date
  • Be responsible for delivering quality solutions on time, according to budget and customer expectations

Requirements:

  • Studies related to management/software development engineering
  • Previous experience in project management is a must have
  • Polish native
  • English min. C1
  • Good understanding of IT industry
  • Ability to work under time pressure
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Relationship building skills
  • Knowledge of project management frameworks and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall)
  • Ability to work from the office for 6 months
