As a Full Stack Developer professional, you will have the opportunity to build the future of industrial vibration analysis design and implement key infrastructure for our software used in critical facilities worldwide. This role offers a unique blend of responsibilities:

  • Analysis of customer's needs;
  • User interface design;
  • System architecture design;
  • Creating intellectual property;
  • Writing application code;
  • Creating unit and integration tests;
  • Testing of created applications;
  • Profiling and optimizing applications;
  • Crafting developer tools;
  • Creating technical documentation;
  • Refining the software development process;
  • Working with marketing team to create a software development plan;
  • Providing the technical leadership, coordination, and support for team members.

To succeed in this position, you will need:

Competitive Salary: 80,000 - 110,000 PLN per year, depending on experience. Our compensation package includes comprehensive medical care, retirement savings, and opportunities for growth and development.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related engineering field;
  • 5+ years of experience in software development;
  • Experience with the .NET ecosystem, including C#;
  • Experience with JavaScript or TypeScript (or both);
  • Experience with Angular framework;
  • Proficiency in English and Polish - written and verbal (B2).

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

  • Experience with a version control system (e.g. Git);
  • Knowledge of software testing techniques;
  • Proficiency with documentation tools;
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills in support of organizational change.
