**About the Role:**

Ariba Supplier Enablement Specialist plays a crucial part in our digital transformation journey at MKS ATOTECH. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving projects and transitions to consolidate our supplier base, minimize costs, and risks.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Guide new suppliers through onboarding, support integration mapping and testing, especially during digital catalog enablement.
  • Promote supplier selection through Ariba Guided Buying and participate in supplier adoption and project calls with our Ariba Competence Center and IM&S Procurement.
  • Drive consistent Ariba SLP business processes across all countries and support projects to achieve integrated enablement status.
  • Cooperate with ARIBA Guided Buying roll out team, communicate status to stakeholders, and create/maintain supplier communication and education materials.
  • Serve as primary contact for supplier enablement workstream and contribute to Ariba support team.

**Requirements:**

  • 2-4 years of experience working with SAP ERP Vendor master data and SAP ARIBA SLP.
  • Fluent English and good IT systems experience, including excellent MS Excel skills.
  • Able to prepare workshop documents and convert business requirements into detailed Functional Specifications.
  • Proficient in collecting baseline requirements and maintaining SLP modules.
  • You are characterized by a cooperative and collegial way of working, commitment, and ability to work on several projects or topics in parallel.
