Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Product Owner to join our team at Airbus Helicopters Polska Sp. z o.o. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development of digital solutions in the aviation industry.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop user stories.
  • Work closely with the development team to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
  • Lead by example in the deployment of Lean-Agile principles and ensure alignment with the overall portfolio framework vision.
  • Actively contribute to the development of NAVBLUE processes and ensure seamless integration with daily practices.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Product Owner or equivalent.
  • Solid experience in software engineering and the aviation industry.
  • Experience in SAFe and strong leadership skills.
  • Superior analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • High energy, driven to innovate, and a team player.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact effectively with senior management, customers, and partners.
  • English negotiation level.

Qualifications:

  • Engineer or Master degree in software engineering or aeronautics or commensurate experience.
