Job Summary:

NAVBLUE is seeking a highly skilled Product Owner to join our team. As a Product Owner, you will play a crucial role in turning business and operational needs into actionable user stories, working closely with our development team to ensure successful implementation.

Responsibilities:

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading by example in the deployment of Lean-Agile principles
  • Breaking down silos and ensuring development aligns with the overall Portfolio framework vision
  • Actively contributing to the success of NAVBLUE processes in bridging the gap between recommendations and daily practices
  • Maintaining flexibility and focus on value, working closely with the development team to drive performance

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 3 years experience as a Product Owner or equivalent
  • Solid experience in Software engineering
  • Solid experience in Aviation industry, noticeably Flight Operations or Aircraft Performance and associated digital solutions
  • Experience in SAFe
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Superior analytical and problem solving skills
  • High energy, driven to innovate, and a team player
  • Strongly focused and self-motivated to overachieve goals
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to interact effectively with senior management, customers and partners
  • English negotiation level

Qualifications:

You will need:

  • Engineer or Master degree in software engineering or aeronautics or commensurate experience
