The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of professional IT/IS and/or business experience, including leadership roles, and strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Foster strong partnerships with leadership teams to lead transformative IT initiatives.
- Build collaborative relationships with business leaders and teams to drive business outcomes.
- Manage cross-functional projects to ensure alignment with IT standards and business expectations.
- Identify opportunities for technology innovation and drive business case development.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to maintain compliance with regulations and policies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience managing budgeting, CERs, and IT metrics management.
- Extensive knowledge (5+ years) in the medical devices or pharmaceutical industry.
- Knowledge of systems interrelationships and IS strategy development.
Preferred Skills
- Proven ability to work effectively in global matrix organizations and build cross-functional relationships.
- Familiarity with regulations such as SOX, computer systems validation, and PMO standards.
- Ability to travel up to 20% of the time.
