Senior Product Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Manager to join our team at InPost. As a key member of our Consumer Facing Teams, you will be responsible for managing our technology products and driving the development of new product offerings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute product vision and strategy, working closely with the engineering team to ensure our products meet customer needs and drive business growth.
  • Create and own product roadmaps, measuring performance, anticipating bottlenecks, and making tradeoffs to maximize benefits for customers and business.
  • Partner with stakeholders to deeply understand their businesses and co-develop solutions to supercharge growth, improve marketing efficiency, and increase automation.
  • Build and lead cross-functional teams to envision, build, and deliver products that improve user experience and drive scalable, measurable gains in key metrics.
  • Act as a partner genuinely committed to customer needs and business success, establishing and maintaining collaborative relationships with stakeholders.
  • Leverage data to understand risks, impacts, scope, and priorities of business objectives, enabling the team to drive results.
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience building high-impact products.
  • Experience managing platform-based and international products.
  • Passion for scale, bias for outcomes, and long-term value.
  • Deep understanding of business strategy and metrics.
  • Ability to think and perform both tactically and strategically.
  • Ability to multi-task and work well within a dynamic environment.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, with a bias for action and ability to deal with extreme ambiguity and a rapidly changing environment.
