Role Overview

The Information Security and Compliance Lead will be responsible for ensuring that TN Poland's EMEA operations are secure and compliant with all applicable laws and regulations. This position will work closely with various stakeholders to develop and implement effective security and compliance strategies.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Security Strategy: Develops and implements security strategies to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of personal information processed by TN Poland.
  2. Compliance Monitoring: Continuously monitors changes to global security laws and regulations and ensures that TN Poland's EMEA operations remain compliant.
  3. Incident Response: Develops and implements incident response plans to ensure timely and effective response to security incidents.
  4. Collaboration: Works closely with various stakeholders to ensure seamless implementation of security and compliance strategies.

Candidate Requirements
  • Minimum 5+ years' experience in information security or a related field.
  • Excellent knowledge of global security laws and regulations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
