About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced SAP Basis and BTP Administrator to join our team at Pandora, the world's largest jewelry brand. As a key member of our digital transformation program, you will play a crucial role in managing and maintaining our SAP ecosystem.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will have a strong background in SAP Basis administration, with experience in SAP S/4HANA, BTP, and related technologies. You will be responsible for designing and implementing sophisticated SAP technical solutions, overseeing system configurations, managing BTP services, and facilitating upgrades and patches.

You will also work closely with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives, ensure seamless operations within our hybrid landscape, and collaborate with cloud providers and business teams to address application performance issues in cloud environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Designing and maintaining SAP systems, including SAP S4HANA (NetWeaver), SAP BTP, SAP cloud ALM, SAP Fiori, and connecting 3rd-party applications
  • Administering and configuring cloud services in BTP and setting up of hybrid solutions (for example, S/4HANA on a private cloud and Work Zone in BTP)
  • Working closely with our delivery partners and internal technology teams to deliver the overall solutions in scope
  • Engaging regularly with SAP cloud enterprise services team to obtain critical support for SAP hosted and managed infrastructure and applications
  • Providing technical leadership for critical issues that arise during the project lifecycle
  • Leading and coordinating implementation plans, operational tasks, escalations, and performance improvements

Requirements:

  • 10+ Years of Experience in SAP Basis Administration with 2 years of experience in SAP BTP and SAP S/4HANA Administration
  • Deep knowledge of SAP Basis tasks: Installations and Configurations, S4 Upgrades, SSO configuration, installation of SSL certificates, applying Support Package, Kernel patch upgrade, TMS configuration and Transport administration, Background Job Management, Refreshes and Client copies
  • Hand-on experience of administration and configuration of cloud services in BTP. Experienced in setting up hybrid solutions (for example S/4HANA on premise and Work Zone in BTP). Manage Security in BTP. Experience in User Management
  • Deep knowledge of SAP HANA in-Memory Platform core technology, including architecture, landscape design, installation, upgrades, performance tuning and data archiving
  • Security Knowledge and understanding of SAP Application Security: Single Sign-ON, Infrastructure Security, SNC, High Availability and Disaster Recovery. Security related to HANA platform: analysis and implementation of SAP Security Notes
  • Experience in Monitoring SAP: SOLMAN 7.2, systems Logs, Work processes overview, Lock entries, Updates, background jobs, system health check, CloudWatch for AWS (Amazon Web Services) part. SAP Early Watch configuration and analysis
