Delivering Business Value through Data-Driven Insights

Paramount Pictures is seeking a skilled Research Analyst to join our NCEE Analytics team. This individual will play a critical role in driving business growth and informing strategic decisions through the delivery of high-quality analytics and reports.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in analytical roles, with experience working with TV data systems and a keen understanding of linear metrics. They will also possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to distill complex data insights into actionable recommendations.

Your Key Objectives:
  • To provide regular analytics and reports to support business growth initiatives across NCEE countries.
  • To develop and maintain expertise in TV data systems, including TechEdge/AdvantEdge.
  • To collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency and best practices in analytics delivery.
  • To communicate complex analytics findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • To stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to inform future-proofed solutions.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, such as mathematics, statistics, or computer science.
  • Experience working in an analytical role, preferably within the media or entertainment industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and effective communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
