About the Opportunity

Ciklum, a leading custom product engineering company, seeks a Senior Product UX/UI Design Expert to join our team in Poland. This is an excellent opportunity for you to leverage your expertise and skills in UI/UX design to deliver exceptional user experiences for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create visually stunning and user-friendly interfaces for B2C & B2B SaaS products as well as mobile applications using Figma and other relevant tools.
  • Develop and maintain Design Systems, ensuring consistency across designs and scalability.
  • Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams, including product managers, developers, and other designers, to deliver high-quality design solutions.
  • Analyze data and gather insights to inform design decisions and improve user experience.
  • Conduct user research, workshops, and usability testing to validate design concepts and identify areas for improvement.
  • Present and advocate for user-centric design solutions within cross-functional teams.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to continually improve design skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your skills and passion for creating intuitive designs.
  • Proficiency in using Figma design software to create visually appealing UI designs.
  • Strong understanding and experience with design systems, ensuring consistency across designs and scalability.
  • Ability to interpret wireframes and transform them into high-fidelity screens that embody the desired user experience.
  • Experience working in cross-disciplinary teams, including product managers, developers, and other designers.
  • Fluent spoken and written English, with excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Estimated Salary: €60,000 - €80,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
