**Job Description Overview**

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Data Scientist to join our Digital & Technology Team (D&T) at Heineken Global Shared Services Center. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading R&D within the Advanced Analytics organization, developing predictive models, and delivering and managing a portfolio of AA prototype products (pilots) in identified high-value areas.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor/Master degree in Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field, with at least 3 years of experience in a pure analytical/science role. They should also have a proven track record of successful Data analysis projects and excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Key responsibilities will include:

Main Responsibilities

  • Leading R&D within the Advanced Analytics organization;
  • Developing predictive models and standardized value-measurement techniques;
  • Delivering and managing a portfolio of AA prototype products (pilots);
  • Maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure collaboration and delivery of objectives;

Requirements

  • Bachelor/Master degree in Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field;
  • At least 3 years in a pure analytical/science role;
  • A record of successful Data analysis projects;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Breadth and Depth in Data Science and Machine Learning;
  • Ability to build and maintain strong collaborative relationships with stakeholders across the business;
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple simultaneous projects and deliverables;
  • Ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders, tailoring your message to your audience's level of technical understanding;
  • Knowledge of industry trends and demonstrated commitment to stay up to date on new technologies;
  • Knowledge of Machine Learning, Statistics, and related fields;
  • Fluent in Python and thorough knowledge of pandas & scikit-learn;
  • Management/leadership of related domain experts;
  • Proven experience in executive communications;
  • Experience setting team vision and strategy;
  • Excellent written and verbal English.
