Your Responsibilities

We are looking for an Agile Transformation Expert who can facilitate Agile practices and ceremonies as needed, such as weekly ceremonies for the tribe including weekly tribe alignment.

  • Ensure Products in the Tribe and across the tribe are aligned in the Ways of Working
  • Ensure the quality of our vendors in Agile Ways of Working
  • Promote and demonstrate core principles of collaboration, prioritization, team accountability and visibility (being an ambassador)
  • Ensure a collaborative culture exists within the departments, its development partners and their product teams, promoting team building and ensuring the entire team is engaged
  • Identify and support the team with removing any impediments/distractions that interfere with the team's ability to deliver against their commitments
  • Coach the team in creating the product backlog, sprint backlogs and writing user stories in the most pragmatic way
  • Manage 'Work In Progress Limits', making sure the team is not working on too many stories/tasks at once, and helping them get into a flow of starting and completing work in a predictable manner
  • Remove all impediments to progress, facilitate meetings and enable people to resolve conflicts
  • Lead or facilitate workshops
  • Structurally measure progress and maturity of the teams
  • Work with other Scrum Masters to increase effectiveness of agile ways of working in the organization.
You're a Good Fit if You Have:

We are seeking a candidate with:

  • Bachelor or Master's degree
  • SCRUM certification
  • At least 3 years Scrum Master experience in an IT environment, experience as a coach will be a plus
  • Experience with Scaling frameworks, LeSS and or SAFe
  • Experience with Jira or Confluence
  • Working experience at Portfolio, Tribe and/or Organizational Level in a multi-national company
  • Excellent communication skills, able to manage and challenge stakeholders
  • Coach, facilitator and leader aiming to increase team's performance, satisfaction and motivation
  • An expertise in industry agile best practices and methodologies
  • Enough technical depth and affinity with the product (eBusiness) to understand development and delivery issues within the team and judge their relative importance
  • Worked in large organizations, an international setting and are able to work in fast-paced environments, meet deadlines and perform at high standards
  • Know the importance of creating value for both the business and the customer
  • Experience with change management, leadership, coaching, solution-oriented and continuous improvement
  • Excellent written and verbal English.
