- Establish and maintain effective relationships with senior stakeholders to ensure programme success.
- Identify and mitigate risks to programme delivery and ensure issues are resolved promptly.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in Agile programme management or related field.
- Proven track record of successful Agile programme delivery.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
