This role involves collaborating with client HR teams, executives, and key stakeholders to create tailored HR services that meet their specific requirements.
Main Responsibilities- Process Evaluation: Lead comprehensive evaluations of HR processes, especially in HR Employee Experience, HR Helpdesk, and HR Operations.
- Process Design: Develop and design efficient and scalable HR processes, aligning them with best practices and industry standards.
- Digital Solutions: Utilize functional and operational expertise in interaction management systems (ServiceNow HRSD, Zendesk, Salesforce, etc.) to support the design of HR processes and digital experiences.
- Governance Frameworks: Understand complex governance frameworks and work closely with HR teams, executives, and other departments to understand their needs and implement HR solutions accordingly.
- Team Management: Manage a small team of process consultants as a people or assignment manager.
- Experience: At least 3 years of experience in HR transformation, HR operations management, HR digital transformation, or HR consulting.
- Functional Knowledge: Good functional and operational knowledge of interaction management systems (ServiceNow HRSD, Zendesk, Salesforce, etc.).
- Communication Skills: Strong presentation and moderation skills, with excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Flexibility: Openness to occasional travel and flexibility to work across different time zones.
- Educational Qualifications: At least a Bachelor's Degree and English proficiency at CEFR Grade C1 (Advanced) or equivalent.
