About the Role:
As an EMEA Recruiter, your primary responsibility will be to find and connect with amazing candidates across EMEA for a variety of roles. You'll screen applicants and share your insights to help hiring managers make informed decisions.
Main Responsibilities:
- Source and screen top talent for technical, corporate, and sales roles across EMEA.
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and the HR team.
- Stay on top of local market trends to guide hiring strategies.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you'll need previous end-to-end recruiting experience across EMEA countries. Strong English (C1 level) and German (B2) communication skills—spoken and written—are also essential. You should have strong communication skills and be able to connect with and influence hiring managers, candidates, and HR colleagues.
