Job Description:

Bibby Financial Services Poland is seeking an experienced IT Asset Manager to join our team in Warsaw, Poland. As a hybrid worker, you will be responsible for the lifecycle management of all IT software and hardware assets.

Responsibilities:
  • IT Hardware Asset Management: Own the lifecycle of all IT hardware assets, from purchase to assignment and disposal.
  • IT Software Asset Management: Own the lifecycle of all IT software assets, including policies, processes, and reporting.
  • Asset Tracking and Provisioning: Manage and track all PC assets, ensure they are within warranty, and maintain adequate stock levels.
  • Relationship Management: Manage relationships with suppliers of IT equipment and ensure the best service possible is provided.
Requirements:
  • A clear understanding of asset management principles.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and macro scripts.
  • Strong understanding of incident management.
  • Ability to work in a fluid business environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving.
