Head of Procurement for Flexible Packaging Europe

As a Procurement Manager for Flexibles, Deco and Tubes EU, you will be responsible for developing and implementing global and market relevant sourcing strategies. You will define preferred suppliers for tier 1 spend areas, manage defined partnerships for value and growth.
The role involves defining and implementing portfolio resilience program for each spend area and market. The candidate will be well versed in the use of cost models and its analysis, use of digital tools and reports to enhance negotiations, opportunity identification.
Lead and land portfolio savings. Develop and grow supplier network to enable access to world class packaging options. Engage closely with internal stakeholders to deliver business needs through strong network of suppliers.
- Delivery of sourcing strategy, implementation through contracting and negotiations.
- Delivery of Financial KPI's: NMI, cash.
- Sustainability targets, RSP targets.
- Resilience program implementation.
- Complexity reduction and ZBB program delivery.
This role will interface with the following stakeholders:
- Procurement: BG and BU Procurement, Strategy and Insights, Supplier Services in UniOps, Procurement Directors and Cluster Country Leads.
- R&D: Packaging Development team, R&D Leadership.
- Sustainability.
- Finance.
- Planning.
- Manufacturing.
