We are currently seeking a Sales Representative to join the team of an international FMCG company in Gdansk, Wroclaw, Lublin, Warszawa, and Poznan. This exciting opportunity involves building mutually beneficial relationships with customers, managing National Accounts customer business development in line with the company's values and strategies, and identifying growth opportunities for the company's brands.


Main Responsibilities:



  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive business growth
  • Develop and execute sales and marketing plans to achieve business objectives
  • Identify and capitalize on business opportunities to enhance company performance
  • Analyze promotional activities and monitor return on investment

Requirements:



  • 1+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the FMCG sector or entrepreneurial environment
  • University degree in Economics or Finance is advantageous
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills
  • Ability to analyze data and draw informed conclusions
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
  • Clean driving license
