Job Responsibilities
  1. Evaluate SAP solutions against business requirements
  2. Assess customized solutions for fit with business needs
  3. Develop functional specifications and collaborate with developers
  4. Deliver user training and support
  5. Test the SAP system and manage defects
  6. Design prototypes for future SAP solutions with the Design team
  7. Offer ongoing support after go-live
Requirements and Skills
  1. Minimum 3 years of implementation experience as a SAP consultant
  2. SAP trainings or certifications are beneficial
  3. Hands-on experience with Waterfall, Hybrid, and Agile methodologies
  4. Focused on delivering quality and customer satisfaction
  5. Strong written and verbal communication skills in Polish and English
