About the Role:

  • Supervise accounting functions across EU and UK jurisdictions, managing both in-house and external teams.
  • Lead and mentor the regional accounting team to ensure operational excellence.
  • Develop and oversee accounting processes in compliance with local GAAP, US GAAP, and IFRS standards.
  • Enhance accounting workflows, including month-end closing, payroll, expense management, and document control.
  • Automate and streamline accounting operations to improve efficiency.
  • Ensure timely and accurate preparation of tax, statutory, and other regulatory reports.
  • Collaborate with the Consolidated Reporting Group to ensure adherence to Group accounting policies.
  • Support the implementation of a new ERP system to optimize financial operations.
  • Oversee audits, working closely with statutory and Group auditors to meet jurisdictional requirements.
