Job Description

This Financial Controller position plays a vital role in driving business growth and success through data-driven insights and strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of financial expertise, business acumen, and collaborative leadership skills.

You will be responsible for analyzing and preparing real-time cost transparency, including value flow, to inform marketing pitches and projects. Additionally, you will develop and implement resource allocation and capacity planning strategies to ensure efficient use of resources.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) will be tracked and analyzed to identify areas for improvement, and you will design and implement measures to enhance profitability, reduce costs, and optimize structures.

Requirements
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in controlling a marketing agency.
  • Strong understanding of marketing processes, including new technologies like AI.
  • Fluency in Polish and English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of proficiency in MS Excel, including Power Query and Power Excel modules.
  • Experience with business tools like SAP and JIRA.
