Job Overview

In this role you will be responsible for the coordination of the shopper marketing campaign planning overview. You will also detail and manage the production process for retail media tools in collaboration with retail media agencies, including feedback rounds and approvals coordination. Additionally, you will keep the retail media and trade tools database overview up-to-date.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure up-to-date campaign planning overview per campaign at the start of each quarter, ensuring visualization of the full campaign overview.
  • Collaborate with retail media agencies.
  • Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for retail media agencies to understand specifications and manage on-time delivery of assets.
  • Ensure deadlines are met in cooperation with the shopper marketing and retail activation manager.
  • Manage the production of different retail media assets like shelf communications, online banners, in-store samplings, etc., based on provided key visuals, in close cooperation with the in-house content development team.
  • Monitor progress and manage day-to-day project operations and internal stakeholders.
  • Monitor and coordinate feedback related to production.
  • Facilitate feedback rounds and approvals with relevant stakeholders.
  • Deliver assets (including digital) to retail media agencies.
  • Coordinate assets upload to the Digital Asset Management platform.
  • Follow up on evaluations done by the retail media agencies by logging results into the retailer tool overview.
  • Continuous improvement of shopper marketing processes and maintenance of the retail media and trade tools database.
Qualifications


• Excellent project management and organizational skills.

• Minimum 1-2 years' experience in working as an account manager in a creative and production agency or shopper/trade marketing teams.

• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders at all levels.

• Ability to deliver tight SLA deadlines in a dynamic environment.

• Self-starter – ability to manage new processes.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Strong communication skills.

• Proficiency in English; knowledge of Dutch will be an advantage.
