Job Summary:

We seek an exceptional Data Scientist to join our team, driving innovation and excellence in data-driven advertising solutions.

About the Role:

You will be responsible for designing and developing cutting-edge data products, leveraging your expertise in machine learning, data fusion, and synthetic methodologies. Your goal will be to extract meaningful insights from complex datasets, driving business growth and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Rapidly prototype and iterate on experimental projects, harnessing a hacker mentality to test hypotheses and validate assumptions.
  • Align experiments to answer business and product-centered questions, ensuring clear objectives and desired outcomes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements, design experiments, and develop strategies for extracting meaningful insights.
  • Evaluate and recommend appropriate tools, frameworks, and technologies to enhance experimentation, analysis, and data storytelling capabilities.
  • Adhere to data governance and privacy policies, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and industry best practices.

Requirements:

  • Masters or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Economics, or a related field.
  • Experience analyzing large volumes of data.
  • Good understanding of data fusion, enrichment, and synthetic methodologies.
  • Programming proficiency in Python.
  • Extensive experience solving analytical problems using quantitative approaches.
  • A passion for empirical research and answering hard questions with data.
  • A flexible analytic approach allowing for results at varying levels of precision.
  • Ability to communicate complex quantitative analysis in a clear, precise, and actionable manner.

Salary Estimate: $140,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
