We are seeking a skilled Financial Manager for our Client international, manufacturing company. Reporting directly to the General Manager and dotted line to the regional finance controller, you will play a crucial role in guiding the Administration, Finance and Control function.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively develop and guide administrative, financial, and control processes by monitoring processes, procedures, and activities.
  • Support the Management Team in strategic decisions, including capex/investments analysis and decisions, to achieve corporate objectives.
  • Supervise the controlling process flow, from structuring an analytical accounting and reporting model to budgeting and monitoring company performance.
  • Manage relations with credit institutions, cash flows, Non-Financial Performance, and new finance through transactions with credit institutions.
  • Prepare budget plans and elaborate monthly economic, patrimonial, and financial reports of the company.
  • Measure company performance using reporting tools and analyze deviations in budget, implementing corrective actions where possible and within competence.
  • Ensure administrative and accounting processes, procedures, and activities, guaranteeing correct compliance with administrative, accounting, and tax obligations.
  • Manage relations with consulting and auditing firms, the Board of Auditors, and legal advisors.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's and Master's degree preferably in Business Administration, Economics.
  • Previous experience (3-5 years) in the role of Chief Financial Officer preferably in the automotive market.
  • Excellent knowledge and management skills of the entire controlling cycle.
  • Excellent knowledge and management skills in cash flows analysis and predictions/forecasts.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills at all company levels.
  • Expertise in legal, tax, and corporate matters is a plus.
