Main accountabilities

Define and develop controlling structure across global Materials Management activities Define processes and harmonized standards for consolidated controlling Support implementation of new controlling systems and tools Coordinate financial routine processes Orchestrate and guide financial planning, forecasting and reporting Connect controlling community (BL, Regions, Plants) and provide guidance for standards Monitor financial performance and KPIs (incl. PPV), understand deviations and initiate measures Support continuous improvement of operational performance Support benchmarking, improvement measures and projects in collaboration with global Purchasing domain and Business Lines Provide financial guidance and ensure data-based decision making (e.g. MaB)

Required skills

Degree in economics Job experience in Operations / Materials Management Controlling Fluent in English Experienced with product cost calculation principles Good analytical skills Proactive work attitude and improvement mindset Ability and willingness to work in heterogenous and global teams
