Finance Manager

For our Client international, manufacturing company we are looking for skilled Finance Manager. You will be reporting directly to General Manager and dotted line to regional finance controller. 

Responsibilities:

• be proactively involved to develop and guide the Administration, Finance and Control function by monitoring processes, procedures, and activities,
• support the Management Team in strategic decisions (including capex/investments analysis and decisions, etc.) and in achieving corporate objectives,
• supervise the controlling process flow, from the structuring of an analytical accounting and reporting model to the budgeting and monitoring company performance, as well as supporting the corporate strategy,
• manage relations with credit institutions, cash flows (by controlling working capital and investment activities), NFP, new finance through transaction with credit institutions;
• prepare the budget plans and elaborate the monthly economic, patrimonial and financial reports of the company,
• measure the company performance using reporting tools and analyse deviations in budget, implementing corrective actions where possible and within its competence,
• ensure administrative and accounting processes, procedures and activities, also guaranteeing correct compliance with administrative, accounting and tax obligations,
• manage relations with consulting and auditing firms, the board of auditors and legal advisors.

Requirements:

• bachelors and master's degree preferably in Business Administration, Economics,
• previous experience (3-5 years) in the role of Chief Financial Officer preferably in automotive market,
• excellent knowledge and management skills of the entire controlling cycle,
• excellent knowledge and management skills in cash flows analysis and predictions/forecasts
• excellent communication and interpersonal skills at all company levels,
• expertise in legal, tax and corporate matters is a plus.
