About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Planning Manager to join our team in Częstochowa, Poland.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Download and analyze monthly SAP reports to inform strategic planning decisions.
  • Prepare and populate planning files and presentations for operational and strategic planning purposes.
  • Create, develop, and optimize templates, charts, and process documentation to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Verify accounts, initiate manual invoicing, and perform other manual postings as required.
  • Participate in special projects, such as SAP implementation, and provide support for R&D Controlling functions.
  • Provide headcount reporting, approval, and tracking services.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field preferred.
  • 3-5 years of experience in financial roles, including accounting, controlling, financial analysis, and reporting.
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with SAP, particularly FI, CO, and BW modules.
  • Fluent English language skills.
  • Analytical skills and ability to adapt to change.
  • Organizational skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively in a matrix organization.

  • Process optimization experience.
  • IFRS and FMS know-how.
  • German language skills.

Salary Range:

The estimated salary for this role is 45,000 - 60,000 PLN per annum, depending on experience.
