Tasks

Download and analysis of monthly SAP reports Prepare and fill planning files and presentations for operative and strategic planning Create / develop/ optimize templates, charts and process documentation Accounts verification, initiate manual invoicing and other manual postings Special projects participation eg. SAP implementation R&D Controlling support (analysis, reporting, planning/forecast etc.) Headcount Reporting / Approval / Tracking

Profile:

At least Bachelor`s degree preferably in Finances 3-5 years previous financial background (accounting/ controlling / financial analysis / reporting) Proficiency within Excel and Power Point Experience within SAP especially FI, CO and BW modules Fluent knowledge of English Analytical skills Highly organized with an ability to adapt to change and work independently as well as collaborate in a matrix organization

Nice to have:

Power BI knowledge, Process optimization experience, IFRS and FMS know-how, German language skills
