We are seeking a seasoned DevOps Engineer to join our team at SpotOn. As a key member of our engineering organization, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our cloud infrastructure and data streaming technologies.

The Role

You will work closely with our development teams to create and establish proper observability standards, participate in on-call activities, support and educate product development teams, and seek continual improvement in business and technical processes.

Requirements
  • At least 3+ years of developing and maintaining data streaming solutions (Kafka / NATS)
  • Infrastructure as code experience (Terraform preferred)
  • Programming experience (Python, Golang, or similar)
  • Experience building and maintaining Observability & Monitoring solutions
  • Experience building and supporting cloud applications and resources in AWS
  • Experience building and running production workloads in Kubernetes
  • At least 3+ years working with DevOps methodologies
  • At least 3+ years working, supporting, and building web applications
  • Strong independent troubleshooting skills
  • Self-driven and takes pride in doing things well
  • Strong communication skills to work with and support product development teams
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English (min. B2 level)
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of **21,000 - 26,500 PLN net** per month, based on your experience and qualifications. You will also have access to our training budget, e-learning platforms, fully paid private healthcare, and other benefits.
