Job Description

  • We are seeking a skilled Operational Transition Specialist to develop and execute comprehensive transition plans in collaboration with internal and external teams, ensuring seamless transitions.
  • This role requires effective coordination of timelines and resources to drive successful project outcomes.
  • The ideal candidate will proactively identify and mitigate risks, minimizing operational disruptions and ensuring smooth transitions.
  • A key aspect of this position is acting as the primary customer contact during transitions, managing expectations and updates, and addressing customer concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Maintaining detailed transition documentation and regular progress reports is essential for tracking project milestones and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Cross-functional collaboration with internal teams is crucial for cohesive transitions, ensuring all stakeholders are informed and aligned.

The Successful Applicant

  • Hold a University degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field
  • Possess proven experience as a Transition Manager or similar role, preferably in a customer-facing environment
  • Demonstrate strong project management skills, focusing on planning, execution, and problem-solving
  • Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers and internal teams
  • Familiarity with change management principles and methodologies is highly desirable
  • A detail-oriented approach with a commitment to quality and customer satisfaction is vital for success in this role
