Key Responsibilities:- Support the commercial engagement program manager in designing and driving efficient and profitable quote-to-cash processes, partnering with commercial excellence functions and leveraging digital platforms and technologies.
- Drive the implementation and execution of commercial conditions and incentive frameworks in close collaboration with program managers and other stakeholders.
- Conduct business studies and analysis to streamline the quoting, pricing, contracting, and ordering sales processes to allow for greater efficiency and better visibility to improve business outcomes.
- Support in the design, creation, and coordination of the implementation of automated quoting systems within the aftermarket (Deal Management/CPQ).
- Ensure improved transparency around commercial performance management, including concept design, consolidation of reporting, and implementation of relevant dashboards and visualizations.
- Act as a project management office coordinator, actively driving program execution, deliverables, and timelines between various stakeholders and in close collaboration with program managers.
- Prepare impactful and insightful presentations to create awareness about the program within the organization and drive change management.
- Perform strategic, business-driven analysis and prepare financial and commercial models to support commercial framework optimization decisions and activities.
- Min. bachelor's degree in economics, finance, or a similar field.
- Min. 1-3 years of experience in a related field (including internships).
- Experience in process improvement (Six Sigma, Lean - nice to have).
- Strong analytical skills paired with very good knowledge of analytical tools (Microsoft Excel, PowerBi, Tableau, etc.).
- Critical thinking, consulting experience/mindset.
- Business acumen and project management skills.
- Demonstrated leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills; ability to foster collaboration and empowerment with remote leadership.
- Rigor in managing targets and deadlines.
- Ability to implement difficult changes, remotely and at scale.
- Strong presentation skills, including visualization tools (Microsoft PowerPoint, etc.).
- Good knowledge of English, fluent Polish, and other languages would be an asset.
