Overview:

ZF Group, a leading global automotive supplier, is seeking a highly skilled Commercial Business Analyst to join its team in Warsaw, Poland.

Salary:

The estimated annual salary for this position is between 120,000 and 180,000 PLN, depending on experience.

Job Description:

This role involves supporting the commercial engagement program manager in designing and driving efficient and profitable quote-to-cash processes. You will partner with commercial excellence functions and leverage digital platforms and technologies to achieve business growth.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Implementing and executing commercial conditions and incentive frameworks (bonus, discount policy, etc.) in collaboration with the program manager and other stakeholders.
  • Conducting business studies and analysis to streamline quoting, pricing, contracting, and ordering sales processes, allowing for greater efficiency and better visibility.
  • Supporting the design, creation, and coordination of an automated quoting system within the aftermarket (Deal Management / CPQ).
  • E nsuring improved transparency around commercial performance management through concept design, consolidation of reporting, and implementation of relevant dashboards and visualizations.
  • Acting as a project management office coordinator, driving program execution, deliverables, and timelines between various stakeholders and collaborating closely with the program manager.
  • Preparing impactful presentations to create awareness about the program within the organization and drive change management.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A minimum bachelor's degree in economics, finance, or a similar field.
  • A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a related field (including internships).
  • Experience in process improvement (Six Sigma, Lean - nice to have).
  • Strong analytical skills paired with good knowledge of analytical tools (Microsoft Excel, PowerBi, Tableau, etc.).
  • Critical thinking, consulting experience/mindset.
  • Business acumen and project management skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills; ability to foster collaboration & empowerment with remote leadership.
  • Rigor in managing targets & deadlines.
  • Ability to implement difficult changes, remotely and at scale.
  • Strong presentation skills including visualization tools (Microsoft PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Good knowledge of English, fluent Polish & other languages would be an asset.
