We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst - Procurement Specialist to join our team in Warsaw. As a key member of our procurement department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our procurement processes.

Salary

The estimated annual salary for this position is approximately 80,000-120,000 PLN, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Description

As a Senior Business Analyst - Procurement Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and maintaining supplier databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information
  • Coordinating with internal stakeholders to obtain necessary approvals for purchase orders
  • Identifying potential suppliers who can fulfill requisition requirements and collaborating with the sourcing team to select the most preferred supplier
  • Processing and checking invoices and other documents as part of the IProcurement process
  • Nurturing stakeholder relationships by serving as a business partner, helping identify critical business requirements, and providing sourcing and procurement services that meet expectations
  • Addressing any delays or issues that may arise during the procurement process
  • Developing reports enabling tracking of procurement performance against KPIs
  • Planning and managing the execution of complex team-related projects

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 4-5 years of experience in sourcing and procurement
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field
  • Exposure to ERP systems such as Oracle or SAP
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Project management capabilities
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Excellent written and verbal English skills
  • Ability to summarize information and follow a process based on documented guidelines
