Job Title: Senior Business Analyst - Calypso

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst to join our team at Talan. As a Calypso Senior BA, you will work in agile and not agile frameworks, facilitating workshops and events, teaching and communicating with different organizational levels. You will participate in several projects, focusing on delivering value to the customer in a sustainable, iterative, and collaborative way.

Key Responsibilities:

  • IT Functional lead of the project
  • Responsible for getting user requirements and creating Calypso functional solutions
  • Collaboration with the rest of internal team using a servant leadership style and leading by example, supporting in coordination role on IT side
  • Following internally evolution of the project, developments, dependencies, and execution of work lines
  • Leading the collaboration with external teams involved in the project (users, execution managers, rest of IT teams)

Requirements:

  • +8 years of Calypso experience
  • Solid functional knowledge of Collateral, Repo, SecLending, Bond, and Equity products and have been involved in projects regarding its Calypso implementation
  • Leadership experience leading solutions on treasury and markets global processes, applications, and architectures
  • English - advanced; Spanish - nice to have
